Cassie Howard is known to turn heads with her beauty choices on “Euphoria,” but Sydney Sweeney is cementing her status as a beauty icon all on her own. The actor made an appearance on “The Late Late Show With James Corden” last night, and while she looked stunning in a gorgeous black-and-white Christian Siriano gown, her matching nails are what held our attention.
Sweeney’s nails, done by celebrity manicurist Zola Ganzorigt, featured the same black-and-white colours as her dress, as well as a short almond nail shape. Her nail art put an abstract spin on the “french moon” design that was a huge trend in 2021 and that seems to be holding strong into 2022. The french moon is “a big reboot of the french mani for winter,” Sarah Gibson Tuttle, founder and CEO of nail brand Olive & June, previously told fafaq. “[It’s] where black or metallic hues are used to trace a crescent shape along the cuticle line. It’s fun and festive while still being sophisticated.”
